[RECIPE] Though tea is great to drink by itself, but I love baking with tea even more. Muffins are one of my favourite things to bake because it’s quick and easy to make.
This T2 Blueberry Crumble loose leaf tea surprised me with its intensity and flavour. In this recipe, I steeped the tea in melted butter. The result? Fragrant and aromatic muffins.
When it’s brewed, this tea has a subtle fruity flavour and tastes more astringent. When it’s used in baked goods, the flavour is quite the opposite – strong and fragrant.
